St. Anton seeks four types of investments to employ its continued growth.

  1. Vacant Land:
    Vacant land suitable for new construction of multifamily rental development
    projects ranging in size from three to fifteen acres.
  2. Redevelopment Opportunities:
    Redevelopment of existing properties in which the highest and best use is not
    being used. Examples include outdated commercial, retail, industrial,
    manufacturing and R & D facilities.
  3. Value-Add:
    Existing multifamily properties offering revenue enhancement through substantial
    rehabilitation of existing residential units and enhanced property operations.
  4. Distressed Debt:
    Purchase of distressed mortgages on land or multifamily residential properties.

St. Anton Management, one of the largest multifamily management companies in Northern California, is owned and operated by St. Anton Partners.

St. Anton self-manages all of its projects. A critical part of the St. Anton mission is to ensure that our apartments are maintained to the highest standard, are safe and make us proud every day. Our projects positively benefit the neighboring communities and provide enrichment to the lives of our residents. By partnering with a non-profit service organization, St. Anton Management is able to further promote neighborhood relationships and community building.
