St. Anton is the leading provider of affordable housing in the Sacramento area. We continue to own and manage properties that adhere to state-mandated affordable housing regulations. A critical part of our mission is to ensure that our apartments are a positive addition to their surrounding communities. We realize that mixed-income communities can create concerns for some local residents. However, providing viable affordable housing options for working families at all income levels benefits all.
